HearAngel® is a mobile application developed by LimitEar, the inventors of a number of innovative technologies that protect the hearing of headphone users both at work and leisure. HearAngel®, an easy to use solution to the problem of developing chronic hearing damage at a young age, was launched in Consumer’s Electronics Show (CES), Las Vegas in 2019.
The CEO of Limit Ear Ltd, who is also a member of London’s most dynamic liveries, The Guild of Entrepreneurs, approached me with the challenge to visually communicate, without getting into the technicalities of the software, about the problem and the product.
The approach was to make a creative spot, which could work for B2B as well as B2C marketing. I wrote a slow rap lyrics, meant to appeal the young generation, with the tagline “Listen to your ears before they stop listening“. I directed and edited the spot, which shows three young people connected by commonality yet disconnected from the world around them.
