Farzi Café is a chain of fine dining restaurants with a vision to bring Indian cuisine back ‘in-vogue’ and the culinary philosophy revolves around re-defining Indian cuisine, by amalgamates traditional global cuisine with regional influences, local flavors, contemporary presentations and cooking techniques, like molecular gastronomy, to showcase innovative adaptation of some iconic dishes from around the world, to absorb the guest into the ultimate gastronomic illusion.

Farzi café opened its restaurant in Doha and needed a coherent social media strategy in order to increase brand awareness and website traffic. I collaborated with the design team based out of Turkey and developed content strategy to introduce interactive posts. I was responsible for creating the copy for the café’s social media posts.
